Problem
If you have extended your Active Directory schema (i.e., added attributes to the schema), Microsoft Entra Cloud Sync will not automatically detect the new attributes.
Solution
To refresh the schema for Microsoft Entra Cloud Sync, simply restart the service Microsoft Azure AD Connect Provisioning.
